I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling, am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP), am a Clinical Certified Trauma Professional (CCTP) and am also in training for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Rachel can offer personal sessions, consultations, and group case consultations at all levels of the training for students looking to obtain their SEP certification. You can easily schedule online here:
Rachel became a Reiki master teacher in 2015 and has been weaving this work into her sessions since then. She also became an Somatic Experiencing Practitioner in 2018, just before receiving her masters degree. She has also trained in and continues to study and implement various touch and bodywork modalities to support clients towards greater regulation and resilience. Rachel draws upon her experiences with somatic experiencing, somatic touch work, neuroaffective touch, cranial sacral, massage, reflexology, and energy work in these sessions to support what arises.

Consultations with Rachel are opportunities for you to get guidance, clarity and support. You can show up with a identified need, a specific question or areas you want support in, or you can allow for the process of discovery to unfold. There are a few different options under this service, either online anywhere in the world, or in person in Tucson, Arizona:

2. Personal consultations for those looking for support and guidance with their personal life or relationships
3. Business consultations for those who are looking for support and guidance in their careers
Doula services begin at 950$
Doulas are compassionate professionals who provide emotional, physical, and informational support to individuals and families throughout the childbirth journey. With a focus on fostering a positive and empowering birthing experience, doulas offer continuous encouragement, comfort measures, and evidence-based information to help individuals make informed decisions during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. Rachel is a trained doula and would love to support you and your new little human, as they enter the world. Doula Support Services include prenatal support, labor and delivery support, and postpartum support.
