I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling, am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP), am a Clinical Certified Trauma Professional (CCTP) and am also in training for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Rates are based on our time together:
50-minute sessions:      $150
80-minute sessions:      $225
110- minute sessions:   $300

PERSONAL & BUSINESS CONSULTATIONS

Consultations with Rachel are opportunities for you to get guidance, clarity and support. There are a few different options under this service, either online, or in person in the Tucson, Arizona area:
  • Professional consultations for Somatic Experiencing Practitioners,  bodyworkers, therapists or other helpers who need professional guidance
  • Personal consultations for those looking for guidance with their personal life or relationships
  • Business consultations for those who are looking for a career shift, or career guidance and support

REIKI & TOUCH WORK SESSIONS

Rachel became a reiki master teacher in 2015 and has been weaving this work into her sessions since then. She has also trained in various touch and bodywork modalities to support clients towards greater regulation and resilience. These sessions collaboratively integrate how to support you, in whatever you might need help with. 

DOULA SERVICES

Doulas are compassionate and knowledgeable professionals who provide emotional, physical, and informational support to individuals and families throughout the childbirth journey. With a focus on fostering a positive and empowering birthing experience, doulas offer continuous encouragement, comfort measures, and evidence-based information to help individuals make informed decisions during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. Rachel is a trained doula and would love to support you and your new little human, as they enter the world. Doula Support Services include prenatal support, labor and delivery support, and postpartum support.  A couple of hours pre and post labor, and the labor is included in the cost.

Doula packages start at 850$

The other important part to know about working together is that we will have fun. Giggles, delight, excitement and joy are just as important to hold as our grief, pay, heartbreaks, and disappointments. We'll find the way to your truth and I'll help guide you gently and lovingly every step of the way.
